How to delete a Saturn Return Chart account and data
Request deletion
Signed-in users can delete their account themselves in Settings > Security > Delete Account. If a subscription is still set to renew, cancel it in Settings > Billing first.
You can also email support@saturnreturnchart.com from the email address of your account. We may verify identity before acting.
What happens next
Delete your birth details or your whole account from your account page, or email us. Without an account, use Stop these emails in any daily email, or email us. Data is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, backup or legal records may be kept for as long as the law or legitimate operational needs require.
