Data we process

We process account identity information supplied through Google Sign-In or the email address you sign in with, service usage and security logs, billing references supplied by Stripe or PayPal, and the messages you send us. We do not receive your Google password or full payment-card number.

Your birth details

The calculators run in your browser, and the birth details you enter stay on your device. We store your birth date, time and place, together with your email address and time zone, only when you ask for it: when you sign up for the daily email, sign in, buy a report, or subscribe. We use them to write your email and your report, and to keep your details for your next visit. We never send them to an AI or other outside service.

If you stop the daily email and have no account, we delete your birth details straight away. The same happens if we stop your email because it keeps failing. If you are still on a paid plan, we delete them when the plan ends instead. Details from a sign-up you do not confirm are deleted after 14 days. With an account, you can delete them on your account page at any time. A finished Year Ahead report keeps your details so its link goes on working, until you delete your account or ask us to remove it.

Why we use data

We use this data to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, process payments and subscriptions, deliver support and transactional messages, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Service providers

We use Google for sign-in, Stripe and PayPal for payments and subscriptions, and Cloudflare for hosting, storage, security and email. We use Sentry to log page errors (it does not run on report pages or email links). We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used; birth details and form fields are masked in it, and it does not run on report pages or email links. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the service, and Microsoft Clarity sets its own to measure page use. Your browser also keeps the birth details you enter, so you do not have to type them again.

Retention

Delete your account from the account page, or email us to have your data removed. It is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. We may retain records required for tax, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or other legal obligations.

Children

The service is not intended for children or anyone below the minimum age required to enter a contract in their location.
