Refund Policy

Refund rule

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. A report that has already been fully delivered is generally not refundable; failed or duplicate charges are always refunded. If you entered your birth details wrongly, we will redo your report once.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund where the rule or applicable law does not require one. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider to the original payment method.

Contact support@saturnreturnchart.com with the email you paid with, charge date, and reason. Do not send card details.
